[ABOUT MYSELF]

Hi, you can call me Kseniya! I'm from Russia, currently studying and living in Japan (I speak Russian, English, and Japanese). A big fan of Haikyuu!!, Hanyu Yuzuru and Hayashi Yuki. I translate related content and make subtitles, organize projects for content creators from time to time.

My notifications are MUTED, so there's a good chance I'll miss your mentions unless we're mutuals! I'm always open to chatting, but I can be rather slow in responding to messages. If it's something urgent, please start with that so I can see it in the very beginning of the message!

[ABOUT PROXYING]

I am about to take most of my proxy business to Telegram as it's easier to share more pictures as well as manage orders/chats there; I will still be announcing things on Twitter, but the channel will have more relevant info, I strongly recommend contacting me there: https://t.me/+BAGjoWsWFckwNzM6

I do offer proxy services from time to time (ONLY for Haikyuu!! merch), but ONLY when I specifically announce it on Twitter (except for friends&mutuals). Please do NOT message me out of nowhere asking to help you buy some merch; I honestly find it hard to say no to people, and I often end up with more than I can chew. When I'm open to such requests, I'll announce it.

My proxy rate is 15% for orders or events within my city, 20% for out-of-town events. Payments are usually made via PP in ¥JPN, but that is subject to change depending on the circumstances; sadly as of now my financial situation is rather complicated thanks to my country's political genius, I am still figuring things out. Please note that I also convert currency with a small buffer for myself as having to deal with rubles sadly makes me lose money anyway (2022 upd: even more so as of now). Feel free to ask my for details.

Japan Post has MANY limitations on shipping right now due to the pandemic! Please CHECK the situation for your country before messaging me: https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/information/overview_en.html

Check shipping methods and rates here: https://www.post.japanpost.jp/cgi-charge/index.php?lang=_en (the prefecture is Ibaraki)

Please note that I am not always very quick with my responses; feel free to start your message with smth like URGENT if it really is so I can get back to you quicker.

Here's the usual proxy flow:
1) I post an announcement about proxying for smth, you read the thread carefully and choose your goods;
2) You make sure that a) you have enough money to pay for both the goods AND shipping; b) there is a way to ship things to your country (see above);
3) You message me with the following info:
— the proxy event you're interested in;
— the list of goods (I'd appreciate if you could be as clear as possible with the names, but I will ask for clarifications if needed);
— the total (w/o proxy fee — but you can calculate it for yourself ofc to see how much it's gonna be in the end);
— any questions you might have;
4) I purchase the goods;
5) I message you with the results and an invoice;
6) You pay for the goods and give me your shipping details;
7) I ship the goods;
8) You pay for the shipping.

I prefer to ask for money when I know exactly how much I need to avoid refunds and such, and hopefully I can continue doing that; so far I have been very lucky with the clients.

Please note that above is the ~usual~ flow, it might change; anything relevant to a particular event will be in the corresponding thread, so make sure to read it carefully. In some cases I might utilize Google forms.
