【カグラナナ利用規約】

・配信者「カグラナナ」は個人で活動しております。
アーティストとして芸能事務所所属しておりますが、
　 YouTube・bilibili運営に関しては関与しておりません。

・カグラナナに関する一切の権利は当方に帰属します。
・当方に帰属する素材(動画や写真、イラスト、音声等)を引用の範囲を超えて
　利用することを禁止します。※痛車加工、海賊版グッズの作成販売等
　カグラナナの公式イラストをそのまま改変することもおやめ下さい。
　(剥ぎコラなど)

公式イラストをlive2dにて動かして頂く形のファンアートはokです。
沙雕图に限り公式イラストの使用を許可しておりますが、
カグラナナの印象を著しく損なうようなものは禁止です。

・カグラナナ公式と誤解を招く行為を禁止します。
※動画サイトやSNSでのユーザー名を「カグラナナ公式」「神楽七奈official」にすることも該当します。
　※公式で使用しているアイコンと同じアイコンにすることも該当します。

【同人グッズについて】
・同人活動の範囲を超えていると判断できる営利目的での活動や制作、
　頒布を禁止します。

・カグラナナ同人グッズの一部の頒布、店舗販売を禁止します。
《同人誌、クリアファイル、アクリルキーホルダー、アクリルフィギュア》のみokです。
※上記グッズ内でも、R指定の入る内容のグッズ制作はNGです。
個人で制作し楽しむ分には構いません。

・NSFW／R-18作品の創作・投稿について禁止はしておりませんがきちんと
ゾーニングの元、検索避けなどご配慮お願い致します。
公式タグである「#かぐらーと」や「#ねぇななかぐぅ」の使用はおやめください。

【コスプレについて】
コスプレは大歓迎です！
但し、カグラナナのイメージを著しく損なう構図・設定での撮影は御遠慮下さい。
またコスプレに関してはR-18は禁止とさせていただきます。
コスプレROM、写真集等の頒布については上記に従っていただければ問題ありません。

【その他】
nana.kaguraaaは仕事用メールです。個人的なメールはお控え下さい。
※現在個人様からのお仕事はお受けしておりません。


ファンレター、プレゼントは事務所にて常時お受け取り可能です。

【Terms of Use for Kagura Nana】

・"カグラナナ" ("Kagura Nana") is active as an independent streamer.
　While being a member artist under an artist management agency,
"Kagura Nana" alone, not the agency, is operating all the activities at both Youtube and bilibili.

・I reserve all rights in regard to "Kagura Nana."
・All materials including but not limited to video clips, photos, illustrations, audio, that belong to me are the property of Kagura Nana. You may not use such materials in any manner outside the scope of citation. ※ Prohibited use will include Itasha processing, producing and selling pirated goods, and so on.
Also, I have noticed a few cases where people posted modified versions of the official illustrations. Please stop doing that.
(Such as nude filter images)

It is okay to create fanart with official illustrations by animating them as Live2D.
Creating funny memes is the only permitted use of official illustrations. Nonetheless, you may not develop memes that would seriously impair the impression of Kagura Nana.

・You may not engage in misleading practices that would lead people to misunderstand you as the official Kagura Nana. Such prohibited practices include but not limited to:
　※ Using "カグラナナ公式," "Kagura Nana Official," and so forth, as the username at video websites or SNS.
　※ Using the same profile photo/avatar as the official account.

【Regarding Doujin Goods】
・You may not participate in activities, production, or distribution for commercial purposes that can be judged to be beyond the scope of doujin activities.

・You may not distribute doujin goods of Kagura Nana or sell them at stores.
　The only exceptions are doujinshi, clear file folder, acrylic keychain, and acrylic figure.
　Please note that even for these types of goods, you may not manufacture them with R-rated elements. This term does not apply if you make and enjoy the items for personal use only.

・Even though the creation and uploading of NSFW / R-18 works are not prohibited, please take proper account of content rating, and avoid search engine indexing.
Please avoid using the official tags "#かぐらーと" and "#ねぇななかぐぅ" for NSFW / R-18 content.
In rare cases, there are such images sent to me with @mentions. Please refrain from doing that.

【Regarding Cosplay】
Cosplay is much appreciated!
Yet, please refrain from using composition and settings that would damage Kagura Nana's image significantly.
Also, R-18 is prohibited for Cosplay as well.
Distribution of Cosplay ROM and photo albums is okay as long as you comply with the terms above.

【Miscellaneous】
Occasionally, there are personal messages sent to my work email address. Please forgive me for blocking them based on the situation. And please do not do this again.
※ Currently, I am not accepting job requests from individuals.

About fan letters and gifts. The management office is collecting fan letters and gifts for me at all times.
