ご依頼・ご購入の前に、以下をご確認いただけますと幸いです。

ご依頼・ご購入いただいた時点で、本内容に同意いただいたものといたします。

著作権について

・著作権および著作者人格権は放棄しておりません。
・常識の範囲内でのご使用をお願いいたします。
・本内容は必要に応じて更新する場合があります。

お支払いについて

・料金は全額前払い制です。
・トラブル防止のため、仲介サイトを通したお取引のみ対応しております。
　（直接取引はお受けしておりません）

ご利用可能な範囲

以下の範囲でご利用いただけます。

・配信活動での使用
（Live2Dモデル、許可済み立ち絵コミッションに限ります）

・SNSアイコン、ヘッダーへの使用
・商品が映り込んだ画像のSNS掲載
・TRPG配信でのプレイヤーキャラクターとしての使用（収益化可）

禁止事項

以下の行為は禁止といたします。

・自作発言、転売、トレース
・無許可での商用利用、グッズ化
・許可のないモデリング
・原型を大きく損なう加工
・悪意ある加工や他者を傷つける用途
・NFT化、AI学習登録、AI編集（Grok等含む）
・実写の性的コンテンツでの使用
・性的コンテンツ活動を主とする配信者様での使用

※創作物内での性的表現への使用は可能です。

キャラ販売（adopt）について

・1点ものではないキャラクターは、配信活動（IRIAM等）での使用をご遠慮ください。
　（重複使用によるトラブル防止のため）

・無断でのグッズ化、商用利用、パーツ追加、差分制作、過度な加工は禁止です。

専用キャラクターをご希望の場合は、コミッションをご利用ください。

その他

・著作権譲渡は原則行っておりません。
　（譲渡の場合は通常料金の5倍を目安とします）

・値下げ交渉はお受けしておりません。

・5日以上ご返信がない場合、お取引を中止する場合があります。

・資料がなく文章のみでのご依頼の場合、キャラクターデザイン料が発生します。

・制作物はポートフォリオやSNSに掲載させていただく場合があります。

I do not transfer or waive copyright or moral rights.

Please use my work within reasonable and respectful boundaries.

These terms may be updated when necessary.

💰 Payment

Full payment is required upfront.

To prevent disputes, transactions are handled only through intermediary platforms.

Direct transactions are not accepted.

🎨 Permitted Use

You may use the purchased/commissioned work for:

Streaming activities
(Limited to Live2D models and approved streaming illustrations)

SNS profile icons and headers

Posting images containing the artwork on social media

Use as a player character in TRPG streams (monetization allowed)

Credit is required when using the artwork:

You may resize, crop, or add noise to prevent AI learning.

If you are unsure whether your intended use is allowed, please contact me in advance.

🚫 Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

Claiming the work as your own, reselling, or tracing

Commercial use or merchandise production without permission

Unauthorized modeling

Excessive modification that alters the original form

Malicious editing or usage intended to harm others

NFT minting

AI training, AI editing, or dataset registration (including Grok and similar tools)

Use in real-life explicit/sexual content

Use by creators whose primary activity is sexual/explicit streaming

※ Use within fictional adult content is permitted.

🧵 Adoptable Characters

Non-exclusive adoptable characters may not be used for streaming platforms such as IRIAM (to avoid duplication conflicts).

Unauthorized commercial use, merchandise production, additional parts, heavy edits, or derivative alterations are prohibited.

If you would like a character exclusively for you, please request a commission.

✏ Additional Notes

Copyright transfer is not available in principle.
(If exceptionally requested, the minimum fee is 5× the original artwork price.)

Price negotiations are not accepted.

If there is no reply for 5 days or more, the transaction may be canceled.

Character design fees apply when no visual references are provided.

I may display the work in my portfolio or on social media as samples.
