自閉スペクトラム症(自閉症)という
発達障害を小さな頃から持っています
I have had autism spectrum disorder(ASD) since I was a child.
自閉症のわたしの苦手なこと・特徴
・対人関係やコミュニケーションが苦手です
感想をうまく言葉にするのもとても苦手です
・長く迷って考えたりして、返事に大変
時間がかかってしまう事があります
・人混み(うるさい場所)と大きな音が苦手です
わたしは映画を見る時にイヤーマフを付けます
・情緒不安定。気分の浮き沈みが激しく
気持ちの切り替えが苦手です
・ある物に対してこだわりが強いです
例えば同じ花の写真ばかり撮ったりします
・もう知ってるよ 聞いたよっていう事などを
何度もくり返し言うクセがあります
・わたしの場合、どんな些細な物事でも
自分に言われた事を重く受け止めてしまい
考え込んで、悩んだりしてしまいます
