【二次創作・二次利用ガイドライン】
蜜咲姫 朱のコンテンツを、多くのファンの皆様が楽しんでいただけますよう、本ガイドラインを制定いたします。
▽イラスト等の二次創作に関して
蜜咲姫 朱は二次創作作品を歓迎しております。
本ガイドラインを遵守しているものであれば、イラスト・動画・立体作品等、自由に創作・投稿・頒布をしていただいて構いません。
※切り抜き動画・画像加工に関しては二次利用ガイドラインをご覧ください。
※頒布は、イベント等で二次創作作品を広める事を指しております。有償も含まれます。
※本ガイドラインは、蜜咲姫朱本人、黒あやちゃん（オリジナル分身）のどちらにも適用されます。
二次創作にあたっては、下記の事項を遵守していただきますようお願い致します。
・趣味や同人活動の範囲内でお願い致します。頒布の域を超えた営利目的の利用・法人による利用に関しては本人までお問い合わせください。
・模写・トレースは禁止させていただきます。オリジナル性のあるものを求めます。
・成人向けの内容を含むものは、タグの棲み分け等をし、苦手な方・未成年の方への配慮をお願い致します。
・Skeb等でファンアートを依頼していただくのは問題ありません。依頼の際は、本ガイドラインのリンクを貼っていただくとスムーズです。
・次のような表現を伴う創作活動はお控えください。
公式と誤解・誤認されうるもの
宗教的、政治的な内容を含むもの
反社会的なもの
第三者の名誉・品位等を傷つけるもの、第三者の権利を侵害するもの
・利用プラットフォームの規約を遵守してください
必須ではありませんが、ぜひ作品を制作した際は、イラストタグ(

#あや蜜アート)に投稿してください。本人の活動のモチベーションに繋がります。また、イラストタグに投稿いただいたイラストは、サムネ等、良識の範囲で活動に使用させていただく場合があります。

蜜咲姫 朱は切り抜き動画制作を歓迎しております。
本ガイドラインを遵守しているものであれば、自由に投稿していただいて構いません。収益化をご希望の場合は監修を致しますので、ご連絡ください。
なお、投稿プラットホームはYoutube・Twitterとします。
切り抜き動画制作にあたっては、下記の事項を遵守していただきますようお願い致します。
・8分未満の見やすい尺・テロップを入れる・翻訳等のオリジナル性を求めます。
※youtubeの仕様で8分以上の動画は冒頭だけでなく途中にも広告が入ります。
・次の条件の動画の切り抜きはご遠慮ください
短く編集済みのメイキング動画
公式の切り抜き動画
歌ってみた動画（歌配信は除く）
企業案件等のプロモーション動画
メンバーシップ限定動画
・ゲーム配信・歌配信等、蜜咲姫 朱以外の著作物を含むものは、利用コンテンツの規約もご確認ください。
・Guchicoパパ以外のコラボ配信は、コラボ相手の規約もしくは本人への確認を行なってください。
youtubeに切り抜き動画を投稿される際は、概要欄に
・元の動画のURL
・蜜咲姫 朱のチャンネルURL・TwitterID
・BGMのクレジット(動画の概要欄にあります)
を明記してください。
Twitterの場合はタグを利用し文字数的に可能な範囲内で明記していただけるとありがたいです。
▽Twitterへの投稿・アイコン等の画像二次利用に関して
配信のスクリーンショットはTwitterに自由に投稿していただいて構いません。
アイコンやヘッダーに蜜咲姫 朱の画像を使用する際は下記の事項を遵守していただきますようお願い致します。
・公式と全く同じ画像等、公式と誤解・誤認されうる画像の使用は禁止させていただきます。
・配信での本人のスクリーンショットは不可ではありませんが、不定期で使用可能な自撮り素材を投稿していく予定ですので極力そちらをご利用ください。
・他の方が描いたファンアートは制作者の指示に従ってください。
・過度な画像の加工はご遠慮ください。サイズ調整(体型の比率変更は不可)・文字入れ・背景追加等、最低限の加工のみ許可いたします。
・動かしたいなど、クリエイティブな加工をご希望の場合はご相談ください。
・FANBOXで提供している画像はメンバーのみ使用可能ですが、全体が映らないような工夫をお願い致します。
・Skeb等で有償依頼にて描いたイラストは、ご依頼本人様のみ利用可能です。（ファンアートの場合は、モデルの方も使用可）オンリーワンのイラストに興味のある方はご利用ください。
・無償で描いているファンアートは画像内もしくはプロフィール欄にクレジット（イラスト：蜜咲姫 朱@）を明記していただければ使用して構いません。その際、サイズ調整(体型の比率変更は不可)・文字入れ以外の加工は禁止させていただきます。
・イラストの無断転載は禁止させていただきます。元ツイートのRTもしくは引用RTをご利用ください。
