1. Watch lots of shows in those languages with English subtitles
2. Listen to a lot of favourite songs in those languages and analyse the translated english lyrics (if available)
3. Do a personal translation of those songs to English (if not already available)
4. (JP) Play Visual Novels in the native language without translations
5. Mentally translate everyday EN statements to said language (and vice versa) almost 24/7
