【当方のモーションについて／About my Original Motions】
English is written after Japanese.


〈日本語〉

・当方の配布モーションの使用は利用規約をご理解いただける方を前提としています。自作発言はしないでください。
・各リドミは必ずお読みください。
・データファイルやパスワードの譲渡・再配布（改変データの譲渡・再配布）は禁止です。
・商業利用、政治的利用、動画や画像(スクリーンショット)の転載も禁止です。
・MMD以外での使用は禁止です。

・当方のモーションを他の方の作られたモーションと併用するのは禁止です。
・モーションの改変は体や顔を貫通する場合、また表情・スカートなど物理が破綻する場合のみ可とします。

・当方のデータを使用して発生した如何なる損害や問題については一切の責任を負いません。常識の範囲内でご使用ください。



〈English〉

- My motions are only for people who understands the terms and conditions in MMD.
- Do not claim as your own.
- Please read the Readme file for each motion.

- You may use my motions only in MMD. (No VRchat or etc.)
- Please use the motion within the bounds of common sense. I am not responsible for any trouble that may occur.

- Sharing or giving the motion/password is prohibited.
- Redistributing the motion, or distributing the motion you edited is also prohibited.
- And of course, do not use my motion that you downloaded from someone else.

- Do not use my data file for commercial use. In other words, do not make/earn any money with my motion etc.
- Do not use my data file for political reaction, insulting others or nation is also prohibited.
- Do not reprint/reupload my videos and images(screenshots).

- Do not use my motion and combine with someone else's motion.
- You may edit the motion ONLY when the model stabs its body, and when the model's physics go wrong.
